Caretra is a self-directed career identity and mapping tool, not a career coaching service. The assessment, identity map, roadmap, and supporting tools surface patterns, possible paths, and positioning based on what you tell us. AI-generated outputs are starting points for reflection and comparison, not professional advice or guarantees. Caretra does not provide a personal coach or coaching sessions. Career decisions, and their outcomes, remain yours.

Suggested questions, outreach messages, résumé drafts, interview talking points, and exploration steps are practical tools for understanding and communicating your career identity. You can adapt or disregard them. They do not establish a personal coaching relationship or determine which career decisions you should make.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Caretra.

The Career Roadmap is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks your full roadmap on your account.

Caretra Live is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time through the billing portal linked in your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; Caretra never stores your card details. Purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, write to hello@gocaretra.com and we will make it right.

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, no attempting to access other people's accounts or data, no misrepresenting who you are, and no using generated content in a way that is deceptive or unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The Caretra name, logo, site design, and written content belong to Caretra, Inc. Your assessment answers and career information belong to you. The map we generate for you is yours to use in your career: share it, build on it, take it with you.

Caretra is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific career outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Caretra, Inc.'s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
