Your career story is personal. This policy explains, in plain language, what Caretra collects, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and sign-in method (email or Google).
Assessment answers. Your working-style choices, career stage, goals, interests, experience, and work settings. This is the raw material your identity map is built from.
Your generated map. The career profile Caretra creates for you, along with saved versions if you are a Caretra Live member.
Purchase records. What you bought and when. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch Caretra's servers.
Usage basics. Standard technical information like browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site running well.
How we use it
We use your information to generate and refine your identity map, unlock what you have purchased, send purchase confirmations and occasional check-in emails, and improve the platform. That is the full list.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers or your map with employers, advertisers, or data brokers.
How AI fits in
Your assessment answers are processed by AI models to write your identity map. Your information is used to generate your results, not to train models for other customers or other companies.
Emails and your control
Purchase confirmations are part of the service. Check-in emails ("How is it going?") are optional in spirit: they exist to help you keep your map current, and you can ask us to stop them at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@gocaretra.com.
Your rights
You can view everything we hold about you inside your portal. You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account and assessment history by emailing hello@gocaretra.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Data security and retention
Your data is stored with industry-standard encryption and row-level access controls, so accounts can only ever read their own information. We keep your data while your account is active so your map stays alive; if you delete your account, your data goes with it.
